We use a carbon block filter and soften all water before it enters the freezing process. For food safety the entire process from ice making to conveying to packaging to palletizing is closed loop so humans do not come in contact with the product directly. We produce up to 240 tons of ice daily. Our cocktail ice is tube ice and our block ice is solid block.
